ACTION ITEMS
1. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the minutes of the July 10, 2007 meeting.
2. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the contract with Meserve Electric Inc. for maintaining the school zone lights at the Middle School, Central School and the traffic light signals at the corners of Washington Street and Central Street for the period of July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008.
3. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the reappointment of Mark H. Hayward to the Agricultural Commission for the period of July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008.
4. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the request of the Fire Chief to declare the Fire Department Combination 2 as surplus property and authorize the Treasurer and Fire Chief to dispose of said vehicle by public sealed bid.
5. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the reappointment of David “Lee” Conrad to the Recreation Commission for the period of July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2009.
6. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the reappointment of Deborah Conrad to the Recreation Commission for the period of July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2010.
7. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the reappointment of David Floeck to the Recreation Commission for the period of July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2010.
8. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the reappointment of Jacquelyn Kelly to the Recreation Commission for the period of July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2009.
9. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the amendment of Russell Hannagan’s Employment Agreement for the period of July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008.
